"Their new approach cost me my lawn"

University of Florida - IFAS publication on Chinch Bugs by Adam Dale PhD.
The publication explains the core problem. How customers need to listen to the professionals advice and act accordingly.
Morgan's has accomodated customers by offering additional treatment options between normal monthly services in effort to accomodate the needs for extra service.
Your lawn problems are our priority, we are happy to help!

Facts Vs. Fiction
Fiction - "I have used Morgan's for 3 years"
Fact - Morgan's serviced your lawn for 2 years and 2 months.
Fiction- "What makes this worse is their shift from all inclusive to a la carte model"
Fact- Morgan's is not all inclusive. Your estimate states "monthly treatment" it also states "12 services annually".
There is no indication of our service being all-inclusive. Refer to exhibit 2.
Fiction-"Between thousands of dollars spent on Morgan's"
Facts- "49.99 x 26 services = $1299.74"
Fiction- "I have nothing to show for it."
Fact- As of our last service on 9/9/26 your lawn looks significantly better than it did when we started 7/25/24. Reference exhibit 4 & 6.

Mike, first please know we highly value you as a client. We understand the chinch bug epidenmic is frustrating and are only here to help.
Lawn treatments are not the only factor when it comes to maintaining a nice lawn. A high quality lawn takes dedication, requires constant maintenance, attention, and input from the home owner, lawn mowing team, irrigation team, and chemcial application team.
Morgan's scope of work is 1 treatment per month. We do not handle your irrigation management, mowing, or day to day supervision of the property.
Due to the chinch bug epidemic in our state we have had to purchase a new truck, hire additional staff, and offer additional treatments between standard monthly treatments to help our customers battle the chinch bug epidemic that plagues the South Eastern States St. Augustine turf crop.
Morgan's proactively has used alternating topical/contact insecticides, systemic insecticides, and biological insecticides. Despite that treatment program we have seen populations of chinch bugs persist.
To say the program doesn't work would be a fallacy. To say the treatments are not bullet proof would be 100% accurate. We have seen dramatic reductions in populations of chinch bugs in treated areas. However, not enough reduction to eliminate the damage they are causing. This is exactly why we started a formal offering of 2 additional service between 3 scheduled monthly treatments. This increased treatment program is aimed to provide a greater reduction in the active chinch bug populations on our treatment sites.
We did offer you these services yet you chose to not proceed with them, despite our recomendation.
If you have any questions please do feel free to reach out, we still value you as a previous client and are always willing to help.
Sincerely,
Brad Morgan
